PRE-PAYMENT OF SERVICE PACKAGE POLICIES
After pre-payment, no additional payment is required for the specified service until the package is used or if additional services are needed that are not included in the packages listed herein. Any other services are subject to standard fees.
Please cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance to retain use of all sessions. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit one prepaid session from the package. No additional cancellation fee is charged for this.
Auto-payment for individual Psychotherapy or Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation will resume after the use of any mutually-agreed-upon package unless other arrangements have been formally made with your provider in advance. All standard practice policies apply. All services and packages are non-refundable.
*Prepaid packages are not eligible for superbill reimbursement.*
Insurance companies require that superbills reflect the provider’s full, standard rate in order to be considered for reimbursement. Documentation based on a reduced or packaged rate does not meet these requirements and may lead to denied claims or audit concerns.
